One thing that is really harming science is that so many of its greatest developers are supported by capitalist econo-mongers that emphasize what is profitable in the short-term, rather than what we need or the greatest questions we haven't answered. We'll always be gimped if the most important science is synonymous with the one that will make money.

I never said they release false information, necessarily. What I've been saying is that the big wallets decide what gets researched. Any institution or independent researcher can spend 20 or 30 years, or 100 years, on a particular development if they choose, but the massive funding grants are what enable research to make appreciable progress in a practical time model. Which means if the researcher isn't working on something you find valuable, you can just cut their funding. That may sound like sound business, and it may often be, but this greedy practice is a very real limiting factor. For example, the exploration of Space went so well when America wanted to compete against Russia, but when bureaucrats no longer saw it as valuable, much of the space game switched to private sphere.

Anyway, this is all burying the point of this discussion. The original question was "Why doesn't science find evidence for magic?" Several valid answers have been offered. Personally I feel like evidence is found by the investigator who is actually pursuing the case. Where sites like this are headed, and where I've seen many energy workers, ceremonial magicians, etc. heading, strikes me as a path where methods and rules are becoming more concrete (or in short, magic people want to understand magic better and are working on it). Science, on the other hand, is not an immaculate system of laws that produces infallible truth. Not at present. The public treats science like its own religion, saying that what science says is true, and what science doesn't support is false. That's not good science, that's belief. Good science is constantly searching for new information, forming sound theories, and constantly trying to prove your theories wrong. NOT trying to declare other people's ideas wrong.

TL;DR Real science doesn't deny magic on the grounds of a lack of evidence. Real science works tirelessly to either explain phenomena believed to be magic, or to define what "magic" is and then constantly refine that definition.

Yeah, what you said will likely not get taking seriously, because Twilight Realm and the mentioning of mirrors and the like sounds like it is out of a Nintendo GameCube game called "The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess" which features a mirror to a Twilight Realm that is ruled by Midna.

The only Twilight Realm I am aware of is the one found in the GameCube Game called "The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess".
This got me thinking Skyloft from another similar Wii Game called "The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword" Makes me wonder if this person was playing more Wii Games (Since "The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess" is also for the Wii) than doing occult stuff.
That is what I would like to know as that is not only the wrong being to be involved with in anything, but makes one look like they have strayed from the path of light into deep darkness that could cost one their soul.

For something to be a scientific hypothesis it has to be testable by the scientific method. Otherwise it's just speculation no better than dogma or superstition. String Theory is routinely passed of as not just a theory but as a scientific hypothesis, forever hanging on the hope that one day we'll be able to test it.
